Policy Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your policy for any reason, MusicPro must receive your request in writing. Please be sure to include the date you wish to cancel, your policy and client number. If you send us a FAX, please make sure the subject line reads “Policy Cancellation.”

Please be advised that policies cancelled at your request are done so on a pro-rated basis. Any outstanding premium due after the policy has been cancelled (such as an audit) may be subject to collection if not paid.

Your policy can also be cancelled due to nonpayment of premium. If you have any questions about policy cancellation, please call 1(800)MUSICPRO.
